Dont buy it

Will not print A4 or A3 correctly. The old Brother i had was fab, this the newer version is one of the ones you want to lunch out the window !!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fantastic machine that is super easy to set up!

This is my second Brother printer because I trust the product due to the quality and the cost of the ink I use. Initially, I experienced issue setting up with my wifi because I was not doing something correctly. The online chat support were prompt and the person helped me to resolve the issue within one minute. The print quality is excellent and I can do double-sided printing of my daughter’s summer work materials and my work without wasting paper. It is super easy to print A4 and A3 copies. A slight delay printing double sided as not as quick as laser models.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy to set up

Got this printer a few weeks ago. Took minutes to set up and connect to my wi fi. Ideal for printing my Rita’s from work as on a4 they are so tiny they are hard to see. A3 printing is fantastic.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Worst machine for ink supply

Consistently stops because there isn't enough colour ink. We only use black/mono. Even when we replace colour ink it seems to dry out in no time at all. Printed approx 50 black print labels over a matter of months and the colour ink has ran out! What has happened does the vibration of the machine dry it out? This machine will not print at all if you do not have both colour and black catridges in. We had a double sized black catridge in and smaller colour catridges. The only nice thing about this is the way it looks. It looks impressive but it is a lame duck! Doesn't print on that many papers and on some that it does, fades quickly. We use only brother ink!

Problems

have had my brother printer for a few years and initially it was good to use but after a year the Printing started to break up.
This printer has been a disaster this last year and will be disposed of.
I would never recommend this type of printer for anyone that I know.

Worst printer I’ve ever purchased - extortionate c

The printer is useless, constantly dropping off internet / device connection when air printing. Constant paper jams in places you cannot reach front or back. The ink costs are an absolute outrage. Would never buy a brother printer again, use your money wisely and but y a different brand.
