Good all round printer. Price of cartridges are a little high but that seems to be the case with all printers. Ideal for our small office and produces good, clear drawings for our customers.

Brilliant printer

We purchased this printer for use within a small office, for which it is ideal. Its easy to use, fast, provides a good quality of print and number of functions. It's so handy to be able to scan, copy and print from a small compact machine. Easy to set up with simple instructions. Very happy with our purchase!

Bought this printer as a replacement for a DCP-J4100dw that I found to be very good. This printer has exceeded all expectations. Quick quiet printing great features good VFM

Easy to install, works with all my computers running different Windows systems and airprint no problem. Fast and excellent print quality. Easy scanning to computer. I cannot fault it for the money. It is a large heavy machine so just be aware of that but that goes with the territory. Superb.

Workhorse on the Budget

I only both this printer cause our previous one has stopped working after 6 years. And yes it was a previous generation of this printer. If it's as half as good as the one we had I will be very happy. A3 Print and Scan capabilities are great and we use them on daily basis. Ink cartridges are a little bit dearer and smaller but they are still great value in the XL packs. Set up and wireless connection to all our workstations was quick and easy as is scanning to emails, or specific folders on the computer. Highly recommended to all Small Business that need good quality prints.
