I like it because it’s not too big, can make a decent amount of mashed potatoes. Makes popcorn fast. Love the glass lid, so I can watch the simmering when making soup.

Love this pan. I have to get used to not using high heat. The heat transfer on this pan is amazing. It can be a little hard to clean but in the whole amazing.

Works really well but the bottom is not flat. Bottom of pan has a slight dome shape that produces a ‘dry’ atmrea in the center. Not a big deal if you are aware of it.

Great to cook in and dishwasher safe! I don’t have to scrub out cooked on food, it comes out of the dishwasher perfectly clean. Heavy pan that cooks great!
