Great Pan! As long as you keep it sealed before using it. All the Stainless Steel cook set has to be sealed in order for the food not to stick. The easiest way I found is to spray the pan with oil inside and put the pan on the stove and turn it to high. When the pan starts to smoke take it off and wipe clean with a paper towel. Easy as that and you are good to go!

This is a great pan, so handy for so many things. I like to use it to brown meats because the relatively high sides, unlike regular frying/saute pans, cuts down on grease splatters. The second smaller handle is a great help, and in fact I see no reason for the main, long handle, which actually gets in the way of other pots that may be on the stove at the same time. The long handle also take up storage space. There should be two of the small "helper" handles, which to me would be much more convenient. Other than the long handle, this pan is ideal.

The pan cooks food evenly and allows for good heat control by not heating up too quickly. The size has been a major bonus for my meal prepping, I can make 6-8 servings in the one pan. I haven’t tried it in the oven yet but I can’t foresee any problems there. The handles seem well constructed and well attached, so hopefully they’ll never become wiggly. Overall, great experience after 2-3 weeks of using it, though I do only use it once a week when I’m meal prepping. It does everything I expect it to do.

Good weight, even heating, comfortable handles, and durable. I have had other pieces in this line for years and they out-perform everything at a non-crazy price.

I bought this due to brand reputation, personal experience and good reviews. I was making a salmon dish. I used the pan to fry the fish skin down. This caused the pan to get permanent stains and nothing seems to be able to get these out.
