I brought this sauté pan because my mother had one and I used it all the time. This is an excellent sauté pan so I decided to by my own. Cuisinart has quality products and this pan is no exception! I highly recommend to everyone that needs a large quality saute pan.

Bought this to replace a non-stick 12' skillet. Decided to try a stainless steel pan. Love the way it cleans up. Just fill with hot water and some dish detergent and let sit for about 10 minutes. Love how it can go from stove-top to oven also.

Love this for cooking large amounts of almost anything! Very easy to use and clean successfully if you read the use and cleaning instructions. (i.e. use low to med. heat only). I bought two more as gifts.

I am very pleased with my purchase. The size and shape are great for cooking larger quantities all at once. No more cooking in batches and no more spills and drips n the stove with the straight sides on this pan. The stainless steel cleans up nicely with Bon Ami. Highly recommend it! It is not the most expensive pan out there but it does the job for me.
