I needed a good saute pan. I had a non-stick pan but over time the ns coating got scratched and bbegan flaking off. Evvery cook show uses stainless so I thought that's the way to go. I have other Cuisinart cookware and trust the brand. The 10.5" stainless pan I optedfor is beautiful. Cooking is easier. Food tastes better. Healthy and safe. Easy ro clean too. I love it.

I love this pan. It holds a ton of food, and conducts heat very well. I got it for braising, and it's really great for that. I made braised turkey thighs for Thanksgiving, and everybody loved it. I'll do it again next year. If you need a big pan, you'll love this thing. I have many Cuisinart pans, and they're all great. They're beautiful and functional. You can't ask for more, especially at this price.

This saute pan has been an outstanding addition to our cookware. In our opinion, it is the perfect size for a family of 4. It has never failed us when using it as a saute pan and also as a one pot solution, begin on stove, cover, and put in the oven! Remember to utilize the correct oil when using the pan. SS is NOT non-stick. HOWEVER, we have never had anything stick on the pan nor have had any issues cleaning it. As long as you don't blast the burner too high, it works perfectly. Choose this to replace a non-stick pan we had where the coating was coming off. SS will last for years!

I have had the MCP12 set for some years now and find it to be the best cookware I have ever used. I have been wanting a larger skillet for larger meal prep and this is the perfect addition to my kitchen. Heat transmits easily and evenly throughout the pan whether it be on simmer or high for searing. Would recommend this to anyone who loves Stainless cookware.
