Exact size pan I’ve been wanting! Huge cooking surface area since the sides don’t curve up like nonstick pans. The handle does not get hot, which is amazing! Easy to clean. But, the pan is not flat the whole way across; the center is slightly higher than the rest so liquids will all pool to the sides. So disappointed because I read so many reviews that mentioned this was not an issue :(

This is a beautiful pan! I am proud to own it. I've always had Teflon-coated pans but my daughter is convinced that damaged Teflon in a pan can cause dementia and I'm coming up on that age. The pan is so big it's a bit heavy when it's full, but I'm not complaining. It's a great buy and I would recommend it to everyone. It will most likely last me for the rest of my (dementia-free) life it's such a quality pan.
