This pan is a great tool - heats quickly and evenly and washes up easily. My only criticism is that the handle is uncomfortable but my Lodge silicone handle cover made it perfect!

Excellent product, Cleaning is easy. If any food gets burned while you're cooking. Just and water and soap. Let the pan stand in the water and soap for a few minutes. Comes out looking brand new.
All kinds of room in the pan for making sauces. Having other simular pans in the pass. I would put this one at the top of my list. Highly recommend this product.

Beautiful sauté pan, built solid, heats evenly with plenty of room. Purchased this as a replacement for an older sauté pan by another brand. This Cuisinart is a significant upgrade and I am very pleased with my purchase.
