Purchased this lovely Dutch oven to prepare an old Sicilian family recipe I grew up with called Braciole. I was a bit hesitant to buy this one as I usually buy All Clad, but it was way too pricey. This pan did the job; roomy enough for two large beef rolls and evenly heated. They were cooked to perfection! Very pleased with this Cuisinart and will highly recommend.

The Chef's Classic Stainless 5.5 Quart Saute Pan is an excellent choice for one's kitchen. It is well made and I especially love the depth of the pan as sauces and juices will not spill out when stirring. A True Classic!!

Like a lot of people, I used most of 2020 (or the Covid year) at home isolating. So I decided to up my cooking and baking game. After awhile it became apparent that my old pots and pans had seen better days. I do have a few good copper pots and pans but needed a new large skillet with lid. I've used Cuisinart before so I knew their quality. As luck would have it, I was looking and stumbled on a sale so I snapped up a few pieces. This skillet had a good weight. Nice long handle with a helper handle across from the main handle. Heat is even and fast. I cook on a glass top stove and I rarely go over a medium heat. The size is great to feed 4 to 6 people. I esp love to make my coconut chicken curry in this pan but it also handles corned beef hash just fine. I'm old fashioned, I was my pans by hand. Clean up is easy, but a pro tip from my restaurants is Bar Keepers Friend. I highly recommend this pan
