This item was a replacement for a well-used/well-loved Cuisinart pan. This pan provides a great even saute, and is absolutely beautiful! Easy clean up, and the markings inside are a great bonus.

Size is perfect for large meals. It cooks absolutely evenly with no hot sport. it works to cook in layers so different parts of a dish can be added at different times and then the whole thing can go into the oven for finishing or keeping warm. The high temperature lid is wonderful. When you're all done, it cleans up easily and looks like new.

Great pan and price. I love cooking with it. The side handle is a tremendous help. Higher sides prevent splashing out onto the oven top, keeps it to a minimum. Heats up evenly and cooks great!
