Not the same cuisinart from even five years ago. The attention to detail has been lost in the construction on the handle on both the pan and lid (I’ve noticed this in a few other cuisinart pans I’ve recently purchased) and the overall feel seems a bit chintzy from my older cuisinart pans. Over all I guess you get what you pay for. It has performed as a basic stainless steel pan should. The pan is made from single wall construction with an attached multi-clad bottom.

Larger than I pictured from web. Bought when I purchased the 10 piece set. Only slight dislike is the lid, not as sturdy as those that come with the set. Very even heat distribution and simple to clean. Love this pan!

I have been trying to find a large skillet that does not have Teflon. This one meets all my criteria! When cooking: the pan heats the same all the way across the pan, it is deep enough to do one pan meals, it cleans up easily.

I have to say that i was totally disappointed! Even with medium heat the pan burned and we are not able to get the stains out! I will not be purchasing any other pots or pans from you all because i dont like wasting money.
