This pan is great for one pan cooking. I make lots of sautéed vegetables and tofu and sauces. This pan is great because as everyone knows vegis can take up a lot of space and this pan is big enough to handle any combination I’ve tried. I also like the even heating surface for reductions. I sauté vegetables and then remove them and reduce the liquids. All in one pan so cleanup is fast and easy. Have had no problems with this pan discolouring.

This pan is amazing. I was hesitant to buy a stainless steel pan, but I’m so glad I did. I get an excellent sear on chicken and fish, much better than I ever did with my nonstick pan.

Actually easier to clean and cook with than I imagined. I thought food would stick more but it’s about the same as my older nonstick pans. But these ones are Excellent quality. I really love these pans and can foresee owning them for the rest of my life.
