[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this microwave in 2015. It is a great machine that I rated 4 stars because the rotating plate will at times come off the foundation while it is cooking.

Easy and durable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to use, easy to clean, works very well. My family has been using it daily for 2 years and it's still looks new. One thing they can improve on is to lower the "done " Beeps and a smooth close system
