Successful replacement with different product?

Has anybody had success finding a replacement for this? I will not buy another Bosch, but need something that fits the space. Would appreciate any help, thanks.
I have had the same bad experience as so many others -- my 2nd one of these in four years has inexplicably stopped working. Just cuts off. Unacceptable for the price point. I still have other far cheaper microwaves that are working 10+ years later.

Do Not Buy Bosch Appliances

It will not run and you have to slam the door for it recognize it is closed and then maybe it will run. We often have to slam the door 3-5 times before it will work. This started happening of course right after the warranty expired.

Less than a six year life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our HMB5051 is less than six years old and now no longer works. We'll have to determine why it no longer heats, but for such an expensive microwave it is a bit disappointing that it suddenly no longer works.

Broken too soon!

Was going to buy another one to "fit" the proper hole but will now have to look elsewhere and have a mismatched oven and microwave. Thanks a lot Bosch...

Terrible Microwave

This is the second version of this microwave I have owned and both times something has failed on them. I've only had each unit for 1-2 years before they break. The latest issue is the push button to open the door doesn't work leaving the microwave useless.

Microwave Oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave oven is okay. We have had problems with the door not latching properly and therefore not working. Repairman has been out once and it appears to be happening again. I am expecting to have to have it repaired once again soon. The microwave is only 15 months since purchased. This is a design flaw and I would not buy this microwave oven again.

Worst microwave ever! Don't buy this!

We have had issues with this microwave not starting since a year after we purchased it. The repairman replaced a part, but a year and a half later, the same issue again! The door will not close properly enough unless you SLAM it multiple times. Now it won't work unless my husband presses against the door and pulls downward. I have zero respect for Bosch and will never buy their products again.
