Best microwave ever!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this microwave for 3 months and it is absolutely perfect. The auto-sensing feature re-heats and cooks everything better than most instructions and recipes call for. This is the best microwave ever!!

Insanely Quick Heating

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only used the microwave a few times before writing this but the microwave oven heats everything much quicker than our old unit. Looks nice and matches our other bosch appliances perfectly.

This microwave was part of a new home package. We bought the home in 2019 and the microwave stopped working in 2020. They say this is a built in microwave, it is just a countertop model with a trim kit option. Many of the homes in my neighborhood have this model and everyone I know has had repeated repairs. Bosch really blew it, couldn't be more disappointed. Do not buy!!!

Such a Poor Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Bosch 500 Series Built-In Microwave had already been installed in a new home we purchased in 2018. Is has been problematic almost since the beginning. It began turning off mid-cycle. Door closing was problematic. Now it doesn't work at all. To date, 3 different service techs have been out to repair it. No luck. It is an inferior product. I thought Bosch manufactured quality products.
