Does all and more than I expected!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this microwave for my new home. Had a Sharp in my old home and was so pleased with its sensor cooking and options. My new Bosch beats my old microwave hands down! Sensor cooking is perfect and does so much more. Options for cooking are almost limitless. So very happy with my choice!

Spacious

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this a year and a half ago and it has so much more room than the over the range ones do. My first built in so I don't have a comparison from myself but I have replaced a couple for my friends that they hated of different makers.

Nice Microwave, trim kit needs better instruction

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this month and installed yesterday. The matching trim kits design and instructions leave much to be desired. I had to call Install service and was told that I should go by the preformed tabs as shown and that the instructions are vague. Svc told me how to correct but was disappointed that the instructions weren't clear enough. Otherwise a very nice product. I think when engineer's write the instructions they should be reviewed by a normal person or contractor before going to print.

Bosch Microwave is not Reliable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave was installed new by builder. It has continually had problems shutting off in the middle of heating up food. Repair man has been out 2x to replace internal circuit boards. Still does not work. Will have to replace, if repair man unable to get to work.

First microwave ever died on me

This microwave oven came with my new construction package. Started to have small problems around year 2 but went away after a few attempts. Now just about 4 years and 1 month, it wouldn't heat anymore. It can start but will stop after a few seconds for no apparent reasons. The error message is E1006. Restarting the power didn't help at all. After reading so many reviews complaining the similar irreparable problem, I will not even bother to repair. Since all units in my community have the same appliances, I'm going to ask my neighbors and collect their opinions on this matter. Another thing is the trim kit is a snap on. It's very difficult to remove the trim kit and then remove the microwave. I'll still have to figure out a way to toss this junk. Good job Bosch. I've only gone through maybe 5 microwaves in my whole life. This is the only one I ever had a problem with and that ever died on me. Those cheaper countertop ones last much longer than this fancy looking junk.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Deep inside fits everything

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we bought this for a kitchen remodel with a trim kit sight unseen to match a Bosh wall oven. It is very deep and works well. My only disappointment is that the display brightness cannot be adjusted to match the same series wall oven.

Sleek and simple to use
