Why Bc everytime I want to play my game it goes into a boot loop I’m done with Sony I’m going to Microsoft unless Sony wants to fix my problem for me either than that I’m done with Sony
it won't update unless i do the factory reset. sometimes the apps start acting up

Power Out in 2 Years!

I have had this television for 2 years and just took it out the box 5 months ago the television went out today it won't power on at all! My Sony XBR 55X800E went off today and would not come on. I checked the power cord and power outlet all are working fine with other devices. I trying plugging into another outlet and still would not come on. I'm pretty mad because I only been using this television for 5 months it brand new and goes out.
Great picture, vibrant colors and everything about it was great, until it stopped working 2.5 years after buying it. That isn't long enough for a TV to last. Get better workers to assemble the TV's PLEASE!!!!!
I've had my 900f for almost 3 years and it's one of the best tech purchases I've ever made. Wish I had sprung for the 65 but the 55 is still amazing. I will definitely be considering Sony for my next TV purchase. My only complaint is the remote. It feels cheap and lacks a certain elegance for an upper tier television.
