WiFi Connection Issues

After the recent update, the keyboard for the wifi password can only be used via the phone app and it does not connect. Where did the keyboard input using the television remote go? I can only input numbers.

55" TV has the same outside dimensions as our old 46" so it fit perfectly in the same space. Great picture and features. Only con id no composite RCA type inputs, so I had to buy a composite to HDMI adaptor.
