[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 99% of the time Bosch has successfully sold top apppliances. With the 500 series induction cook top Bosch has put out a great solution. The fit and finish are very good and it is easy to use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Heating elements on this induction work quickly and efficiently. Good variety of sizes and heating levels 1-9.
Love the instant power. Controls take some time...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the instant power and love the easy maintenance of the glass top.
The controls are not as responsive as I'd like especially with messy or wet fingers. It's also two steps... one to select the burner and one to set the temperature. Knobs would be great, but it would disrupt the clean look.
Also the installation was pretty straightforward as long as you follow the detailed installation instructions. Not a fan, though, of anchoring the cooktop from below the countertop. Any repairs then means we have to remove our built-in oven first.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The appliance is amazing. Once we obtained induction cookware, the cooking experience was everything we had hoped for. It's a very "clean" look and is equally easy to clean. I couldn't be happier.
We bought this cooktop for our newly renovated house. We like the induction technology, but we are experiencing some issues with the cooktop. Suddenly the burners shuts off. We can’t find an explanation, or if we might be doing something wrong. We will keep testing, before calling Bosch.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the unit a couple of months ago. Have had a lot of problems with one set of burners spontaneously shutting down. Technician has decided to change out a board which he thinks is defective.
I bought this almost 12 months ago. Dimensions, instructions for install were perfect and enabled my cutout to be adjusted once. All the heating spaces can be on at the same time. The half precision in the temperature controls is really good for fine-tuning the temperature especially when you looking multiple dishes in a row (multiple omelettes) and want to maintain a good temperature. The boost heat gets water boiling in a real jiffy, much faster than gas. the responsiveness of the heating elements is as good as gas but the clean up is 100 better because you can wipe it off so easily. No scratches yet inspite of using heavy items on it. I love the timer function and have used it multiple times to leave things on and have them go off automatically. before i would have to babysit the pots on the stove and invariably get to them after they have burned to boiled over. This is a real good device and well worth the money.
