This is my first experience with a smart phone and an Otter Box. I only marked protection as good becasue I have yet to test the Otter Box so I have no idea if it will protect my phone from breakage. I'll let you know...
But, as far as looks and comfort it is fantastic. I love the color (yes, this is a very girl thing to say, but I am what I am). The comfort factor though is amazing. The Otter Box gives the phone enough bulk that it is easier to hold on to but it is not too bulky so that it won't fit in my back pocket or make my rear end look huge. All of the external buttons are well placed and easy on the fingertips.
I would highly recommend this product.

This case has all ready saved my BlackBerry as of course I have dropped the BB multiple times..... my BB has survived all accidental drops, so extremely satisfied
Only improvements I would recommend is the otter rubber tabs on right side of case should be a hard substance as to control better the volume controls- the tab on top to "lock" the phone should be the same.

I looked at cases in a broad price range; some that were very inexpensive and some that were downright outrageously priced. I simply wanted a case that provided good protection for my S5 while not making it look like it was related to a Transformer.
I had just about given up on finding my perfect case when I discovered the OtterBox Symmetry Series. I looked over the various cases in the Symmetry Series and ultimately chose the Eden Teal case.
I am very pleased with my OtterBox case. The case is a perfect fit for my S5, easy to put on, makes my S5 much easier to grip, provides the right degree of protection for my lifestyle, and it's beautiful. Mind you, I was more than willing to sacrifice beauty for protection, but I''m also very happy it didn't come to that.
