My husband kept warning me, "Get a case!" I didn't want a bulky case to interfere with my new, pretty phone, but I admit, I am challenged when it comes to keeping my phone safe. I want to say that my new Symmetry case was made with me in mind. It is thin, sleek, and does not detract from the look of the phone. Also, it has already been put to the test. I dropped it while ascending a wooden staircase - it bounced down a couple of stairs and made its way through the banister and pummeled to the wooden dining floor below - safe and sound! Not even a scratch on the case. In addition, it has fallen out of our high 4x4 truck onto sharp rocks and, again, onto the pavement and the phone is still in like-new condition. The case, however, accumulated a few deserved dings. Thank you for a durable and stylish design. I needed it!

I didn't like the boxy look and plainness of most Otter Box cases I have seen then I found by accident the symmetry series. I was hesitant at first because the screen wasn't protected. So I got the ballistic glass screen protector and then the Eden Teal Symmetry Series Case and I absolutely love my phone cover. It's stylish, curvy, protected and looks amazing. Thanks Otter Box for making these new covers!

I never question the quality of Otter box products. Your products never disappoint me. Although I feel they are a little pricey but you get what you pay for. I love my colorful symmetry series case.

I was looking for a styling case for my S5 without neglecting protection. When I looked on Otterbox cases, I was surprised to finally found combination of style AND protection! I bought the Brazilian Pop by Nina Garcia and it has vivid color and a stylish design. Since then, I always receive comments for my beautiful and original phone case.
The ''protection feature'' has already been tested because I dropped my phone and nor my case or my phone have been affected!!! Reeeeeeeally love that case !

I have always been a preacher of the Otterbox Defender series. I work for a company that uses and maintains garbage trucks. I have had phones run over by trucks, dropped from ungodly heights, and soaked in the strangest liquids. The phones still work after these strange occurrences. Otterbox has always been there to protect our company's mobile devices. Now that the Symmetry series is out, we get the same protection, but a smaller scale.

I bought the case (my first) for my replacement phone (Galaxy S5) after dropping and cracking the screen on my old one (Razr Maxx HD). The OtterBox is a real workhorse, but I find it too thick (on my already wide but otherwise thin phone), too smooth (more prone to drop), too stiff (especially the power and volume rocker buttons), and too heavy (almost doubling the weight in my hand). In retrospect, I wish I'd bought a protective case that was cheaper, thinner, and more pliable, with cutouts for the buttons.
Pros: Durable
Cons: clunky (heavy thick stiff)

Overall, I really like this case. The last time I replaced my phone, I could only find an Otterbox for my Galaxy in black or pink, so I was really excited to see that they've expanded the color selection (I got the all-aqua one and it's pretty and bright enough not to get lost in the bottom of a bag, and dirt marks wipe off easily).
This case is noticeably slimmer than the Defender I had on my previous phone. Most of the outer surface is smooth plastic, except the edges and him around the screen, which I like (I felt my last case had too much rubber). I've dropped my phone a couple of times and no damage to it or the case.
My complaint is that the case doesn't come with a screen protector included. I feel like it should for the price. Plus I can't imagine anybody who is looking for Otterbox level protection would go without one. I got the one that was recommended, but it is the stick on kind, which is kind of a pain. Also, the space at the bottom near the fingerprint scanner isn't necessary for me. I don't know many people that use it, so I'd rather have the improved protection of the rubber edge than the space there.

Cons: no screen protector

The red colored case loses its color very quickly. I've tried cleaning, but it is actually the paint (or whatever) wearing away.
