Bought this for my boyfriend as a Christmas present to make his life a little easier since he travels a lot. He was able to get 3 suits and heavy coat shoes and all his personal items in there easily. and with all that the suitcase only weight 38.5 lbs. Mind you hes 6 ft tall and so his clothes are pretty big and bulky. All the compartments allowed for easy organization of toiletries and undergarments. It survived the first trip. Let's see if it lasts 45 more that he has to take this year.

Product great for long trips with multiple destinations when you have a lot of hanging clothes - you can simply unzip the bag and hang the items in the hotel closet and then do the reverse to re-pack. BUYER BEWARE: Note that my wife bought a piece too and she decided it was right for her. RETURNS ARE NOT GRATIS AND RETURNING VIA UPS WAS $88.00! SAMSONITE STORES WILL NOT ACCEPT ONLINE PURCHASE RETURNS EITHER. FURTHER, SAMSONITE CUSTOMER SERVICE NEVER RESPONDED TO HER EMAILS FOR ASSISTANCE.
