GREAT around appliance

This appliance delivers in oodles, fast efficient as well as being elegant. I had reservations about buying a combination microwave,especially given the price. But I use it daily. GREAT appliance.

Nothing but problems

We did a major renovation and chose Bosch appliances. Steam oven, wall oven, microwave and dishwasher. All the top of the line items we were told. We have a new panel for the microwave, not yet installed as the old one started to work again, we then lost all power to the microwave, used it and then screen went blank. Door spring or opening
mechanism locked the door and now it won't
open. Can't get a service guy to even call us back.
The oven had to have the probe replaced three times. Very disappointed in the quality of product.

Conventional cooking with amazing speed

Fast Cooking BUT .....

It cooks fast and evenly and everything stays moist. BUT this oven is impossible to clean. When I stand in front of the oven with my arm stretched forward and the oven door open it is IMPOSSIBLE to reach the back of the oven....regardless of the height that the oven is installed at. With the door open I measured the distance from the front of the door to the back of the oven and it is far greater than the length of my arms and my husbands arms. This is a HUGE design flaw. What am I going to do with an oven that I can't clean? This is ridiculous. I am very unhappy. And I hope everyone on the face of the earth heeds this comment because you will regret buying this oven I assure you. Bosch needs to do something about this, switch it to a side swing door. I am not going to have an oven in my kitchen that I will not be able to use.

micro speed oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had this micro speed oven installed over the benchmark oven as part of a total kitchen remodeling end of May. We were cognizant of reaching into the micro speed oven, so we placed the ovens low. However, we should have lowered them as much as possible, as I have trouble removing food from the oven over the door when it is hot and I can not reach the back of the oven to clean. Even using a step stool, I cannot reach the back to clean, since the door is in the way. If the microwave speed oven had a door that opened like most microwaves, this would not create a problem.
Another disappointment is that the micro speed oven doesn't let the user to set a temperature along with microwave. All the convention choices are preset, making it difficult for a user to cook food not preset.
