Still early

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) A lot of other reviews complain about the durability of this unit. I've had it for about a month, its been fine thus far but remains to be seen for how long. I hope it does last but remain vigilant. I've used it quite often and it is fast becoming the workhorse for fast reheats of food. Everything functions well, no complaints. Display screen is way better than my Bosch oven which is atrocious with backlight bleed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Planned Obsolescnce

Died after 3 years. No power surge. Worked last night, dead this morning. Keeps blowing one of the internal 20Amp fuses... not what I expect from Bosch! My 18 year old tabletop microwave is still working, and it has been beaten up between 3 homes. Wish I had never purchased a Bosch product. Overpriced and Inferior components.

Product Door Fuse and Thermistor Not Engineered

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I purchased HMCP0252UC/03 in April 2018 in Canada. Door Fuse and Thermistor for Magnatron not designed for this 1200 Watt Microwave Oven and thus consstractly failing.

Speed Oven

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We previously had a Bosch Speed Oven and used it successfully for nine years. The oven itself is still working however the hinges on the door have failed and most recently one of the plastic shelf hooks has broken. Its a shame to have to replace this unit for these issues but the hinges are not easily replaced and after the shelf hook broke I felt that replacing parts would be costly and futile. I still like the unit however I wish the door opened side ways instead up/down for better access for cleaning purposes. As I do have the Bosch built in oven I have now ordered and installed a new Benchmark speed oven in hopes that the quality may be better of these simple items. They have not however, made a sideways door opening an option... tooo bad!

Speed Oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted an appliance that has dual function - a microwave and an oven. Bosch's speed oven fit the bill. The Bosch speed oven also gave me more cabinet space, which I really appreciated. So far, I've only used the microwave function. I don't bake too often which makes the Speed Oven a logical choice. Tried several of the microwave features and they all worked out well

Bosch Speed Oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't been able to try the speed cook part of this oven as it was delivered without the clips for the oven rack which you need for speed cooking (so much for quality control!), so for now it's been an expensive microwave. The alarm on the kitchen timer and to signal the end of the cooking time might as well be silent, it is so soft - absolutely no chance of hearing it in a busy kitchen. Also, it is annoying that it doesn't turn itself off after the cooking cycle is done - it is a pain in the neck to have to press clear/off each time you use the oven, even for a 30 second microwave burst. All in all, I would give it an "OK" but nothing to really enthuse about.

Love my Bosch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We added a Bosch microwave oven and wall oven to our proven dishwasher, replacing other brand "vintage" products that "died." Our Bosch ovens are reliable and fairly easy to use once we got used to the different control panels. We conducted extensive research, but are happy we chose Bosch - again!
