Excellent Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned this now for 18 months and it is a winner. It does a great job as both a microwave and convection oven. It is easy to use, easy to clean and looks great.
The only down side is that when the unit is done cooking, the chime must be cancelled with the cancel button. It should shut off when you open the door. It will incessenly beep at you for a least 2 minutes if you don't cancel it. Minor issue to be sure.

This product has a display problem

Purchased a new home with this product works very well when it works but our display went out shutting off the unit shortly after the warranty. Bosch authorized the repair because they knew they had a display problem but three months after the repair the new display went out and we no longer have a Microwave the service company A1 quality-appliance only warrants parts and service for 30 days so we have to foot the bill per Bosch. My suggestion is look for a different microwave and service company. In Boise I found Cody Appliance Service will warranty there parts and labor for 3 years not sure the parts will be any better but once I pay I will be good for 3 years

Great Speed Oven, with one minor annoyance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great little oven! It microwaves well and can convection cook almost everything. My only wish is that the beep that occurs after the microwave is done cooking would automatically stop after a few seconds. Instead, it just beeps and beeps until you click the off button.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Excellent appliance with the exception of the timer which even on high is barely audible. Beware that the unit especially the base generates a lot of heat when using the convection mode.

Beautiful on the Outside but.....

ARE YOU KIDDING ME? While I love the look of Bosch products, I can honestly say that I don't trust them. Within five days, both of my Bosch ovens had issues! My Bosch convection oven door interior glass shattered during the self clean cycle. It has been replaced but I am afraid to use self clean ever again. Then my Bosch Convection Microwave blew up! I was preheating it in order to bake and before it reached it's programmed temperature, it made a loud pop and a big puff of smoke! There was a hole in the back of the oven. The oven had to be replaced, it was unfixable and we were without its use for almost 4 weeks while a replacement was found. What do you want me to say? I gave my review, I am not going to lie so that others buy the products with false or misleading information!

BUILT IN CONVECTION MICROWAVE

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great dual purpose appliance for our small family. The oven is a great size for our small serving/dinner needs. It also has allowed us to eliminate one entire applaince (an additional microwave) while gaining a second oven. My ony issue is that it is hard to clean the back of the stove. If there are any suggestions for easier cleaning I would love to hear them. My cabinet designer said that these appliances are made for great design!

Electric speed oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very powerful microwave, easy to clean. I LOVE the fact that I can cook by time without pushing a bunch of buttons! Still getting used to the convection cooking feature, haven't tried it much. My only problem with it is that the kitchen timer is not loud enough. You have to be standing quite close to be able to hear it.

Space Saver!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this combination convection/microwave because I wanted two wall ovens, but didn't have the space for a separate microwave oven. We have used both featues equally and love the flexibitly of this appliance. The only annoying thing is that once the microwave finishes, it continues to beep that it's finished... even after opening, removing the food, and closing. You always have to press Cancel - even if you want to add additional time. Other than that annoyance, we've been very happy in the past couple months using it.
