Make no mistake, you do not test these speakers. They test you. Can you bare the distain from your neighbors after the sixes seduce you up through their volume range? Can handle a bass that stirs both your walls and soul? Are you ready to face emotions you last felt in your childhood? You laugh. But these are the type of questions the Sixes will ask of you - and they will get their answer. Godspeed, potential buyer.

Grew up in the 80's and 90's. Music lover and had many different systems, speakers, etc. Due to marriage, kids, and life, I have not had a good stereo system in 10 years. Tired of the Bluetooth speakers, I wanted to go to vinyl. Found The Sixes on line and went for them. Absolutely love them. I will admit , after hooking them up and listening to my new turntable, I ordered the R-12SW. Even better!!! Have always want some Klipsch speakers, even after owning other great branded speakers. Totally satisfied!!!

I'm so glad I ordered these. The day they were delivered, I spent the whole day in a trance going through the songs in my library. I especially was impressed with the clarity of Jazz and Rock music--when I closed my eyes I could imagine that the instruments were in the room. The volume is impressive for their size, they practically fill the whole house. For the price, I think they're worth every penny.
Pros: Impressive bass
Cons: Bluetooth turns off after 30 minutes or so

I am truly impressed with the depth and clarity of The Sixes. The design is just perfect. From the amps to the veneer to the knobs Klipsch did this speaker right. Then I added the R-112sw and I was blown away! Bravo Klipsch!!!
Pros: Attractive, Easy To Set Up, Good Audio

I absolutely love the vintage look of these speakers. They are so beautiful! The sound seems great and the bass is good as well. I will say I’m have some troubles with the Bluetooth not connecting at all sometimes. I even did the update that they said would help but it didn’t make much of a difference. I’m still gonna give it 5 stars in hope that they fix this issue with further updates.

These are terrific sounding speakers for almost any type of music. I wish I could afford the really high end, but these are perfect for where I'm at.
Pros: Bluetooth, Line/phono input, Size, Sound
Cons: No tone controls

Great, loud, quality sound. Added an inexpensive little tube preamp and I can't believe what a difference it made. I've had many Klipsch speakers, Cornwalls, floor towers, center, channel, bookshelf, subs, etc. and short of comparing these to the Cornwalls, the sixes sound as strong as any. I have a Klipsch 12" sub paired and it as good as it gets for 90% of your listening needs. No need for audiofile prices, unless you think your're really hip and prefer to stare at your speakers rather than play them. These are meant to be played, and played loud if you prefer.
Pros: Loud, Klipsch signature sound, beautiful
Cons: none, but I don't use the phono input

Too much Bass

I really wanted to love these speakers. And I believe I could if it was not for the predominate bass sonic profile. I have no idea why the low end should be so strong, or why there is not a simple eq option to adjust it. Maybe if I bought the sub and connected it and turned all the way down that might make the sixes a viable option. But that effectively doubles the cost of the solution. Across multiple genre of music, it is the same issue. Why?? Very disappointed.
Pros: Bluetooth
Cons: Short AUX cable, To bass heavy
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
