We are very happy with this purchase. We watch a lot of tv and love the energy star feature as well as the LED display. The color is clean and crisp and the Smart features are very cool as is the smart remote. You will not be disappointed.

Great picture, but limited on functionality.

The picture on this television is great, very smooth refresh rate and vivid color. Magic remote takes some getting used to, but once you get the hang of it it's pretty intuitive. Web and app functionality needs to be seriously addressed. With no flash update available and very limited memory the television sometimes has difficulty loading or playing videos as well as very limited use of the web browser. The web browser is also very slow. LG needs to come up with an option of being able to add memory and a hard drive via USB to increase functions of the browser. Or, LG should just come up with their own style of "Chromebox" or add-on PC with wireless keyboard/mouse to offer customers for a better experience using the tv to it's potential. Parental lock options are another lacking feature. Often times guests will turn the volume up way too loud. Being able to set individual locks and limitations to apps and controls would be great so I could set a personalized max volume level, which would then need a pin number typed in to go past said level. Having that lock for all features like external sound output, display/color control, etc. etc. would be ideal.

This is an awesome TV. You can play video and music from your cell phones and your computer via the wireless network. The picture is stunningly clear. It is easy to setup with DirecTV and connect instantly with the direct TV remote.
You can watch YouTube, Netflix and many other movie sites.

This tv has a new slim design that's light weight and, has more screen and less bezel which I think is awesome. Not only is this by far the best tv I've owned, it's also my first Smart tv. Hands down I recommend this to anyone.

After having this TV for a few months, the only complaints I have are the volume and the remote. Everything else is easily manageable by changing a few settings. It has a nice clear picture and a sleek look. Great quality for what I was expecting and what I paid for it.

Tremendous Quality and Features

Installing was a snap, even though I set it up with both
antenna and cable, the onscreen switch was simple!
I have it setup for both wireless and hardwired ethernet
and use a wireless remote keyboard with touchpad.
I uses a DVD writer/player through one of the 3 HDMI
ports and receive a perfect HD picture.

Cons:
The days of front speakers is now gone due to the
large screens, and as a result speakers direct the
sound to the rear, so for audiophiles, a sound bar
would be suggested.
