The product has great features.

The picture quality is excellent. Can view from many angles. The color is very sharp.
We've only had it for about 1 month and are still figuring out the smart TV features which are many.
I had to call LG for help setting up the TV with the cable box and our cable company. Both companies were very good at helping.
The sound quality is OK. Eventually we will get a sound box. This TV is for for our bedroom.
You do have to use 2 remotes for adjusting the volume and the cable remote for changing the channels.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, Quality

Beautiful Well Made TV

I purchased this TV over a month ago and absolutely love it. Picture quality is excellent and the Smart TV features are very helpful. I highly recommend this product and you will not be disappointed. Only one word of caution, however, if you are purchasing this TV to sit on a table, be sure to measure the width of the table as well as where the legs are placed on the actual TV. The only feature I literally hate is that the legs are on either side instead of in the center so it could not fit on the table I already had and had to move it to another location.

Very Disappointed

I purchased my LG TV in July, 2014 and now it's sitting in the floor in my bedroom because it will not work. All it does is blink on and off (which I understand is a common problem). This TV should have worked a lot longer than 3 years without having to pay for repairs.
Pros: Features/Settings, easy to use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Had to calibrate for proper skin tones & picture

Set up was easy but took time to get proper skin tones, had to play with picture settings. Not too happy with smart remote. does not have a number pad, have to access a screen menu to change channels, guide, DVR and other features. End up using Verizon remote for DVR features, quicker. Other than that, TV is a good value for it's performance. Nice and slick styling, more screen since border is very slim.

Overall we're happy

This television offers us a great picture and many outstanding features at a great price point. We are, however, disappointed that it has limited uses for us because Flash Player is not supported. That means that there are many videos and live tv shows that we are not able to watch via the internet. This has been a big disappointment as that was the main reason that we purchased a smart tv.

This product has a great picture

The Last time I bought a television was in 1997. So shopping was a little overwelming to say the least. I spent a long time researching and price comparing before I got this TV. I am extremely happy with the picture and price.

beware if you are going to mount on a wall

my wall mount, and most wall mounts, the mounting plate is going to cover up all of the connections on the rear. LG, this is a HUGE FAIL!
