This washer/Dryer set cam with our new home we have had for over a year now, and has been wonderful so far no problem and looks great to.

Lost a shirt and I'm sure a lot of other clothes. Cracked drum - another one to add to the list. Let's hope Samsung customer service can come through and fix this for me.
