[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i have owned this dryer for about 3 years. this dryer has needed the drum replaced due to cracking and falling apart. it has also needed the heating element replaced.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] function is a pure let down. the tub on the washer is too deep for anyone under 6 ft. the cycles are long. the clothes dont really wash without getting tangled and wrinkled. dryer...dont hold your breathe. my old lg front load would dry loads in 30 mins. this thing takes 3 hours. if you’re into doing laundry all day with beautiful but flawed and slow machines. these are for you.

Second one I've owned

this is the second dryer of this exact model i've owned. both stopped working right after the warranty went out. both turned on but wouldn't spin and instead made a buzzing sound. i should have taken the hint the first time but thought it was just a bum unit. never will buy a samsung again.

Drum Felt Seal Issue

i purchased my dryer about 2 years ago. since then i have replaced the felt drum seal twice! the last seal only lasted two months! i will not be purchasing another samsung dryer!

Dont buy

this has to be the worse washer and dryer i have ever used. the washer constantly goes off balance, ghen runs water and cycles through to help get balance but it never finds it. the dryer takes at least 2 cycles (2 hours) of timed dry full heat and time. if you try any other (sensory setting) you will just end up with wet laundry. so frustrating!

Heating elements continiously fail

i've had this unit about 4 years and it never had thoroughly dried clothes in one cycle. multiple repairs that are temporary fixes and then it goes back to never fully drying. i keep the vents very clean and that doesn't even seem to help. samsung - you let us down on this one.

i have this washer and dryer. the only problem i have with the dryer is that it gets too hot for the filter and the filter started losing its form and not fitting in place, allowing lint to get into the unit which concerns me. i have to purchase a new filter but don't know where to go. help
