I bought this dryer in the spring and it works well so far. The settings are easy to read and it functions a lot better than my old one.

Slowest dryer ever

I have had this dryer for almost a year now and wish I never bought it. It drys slower than the 10 year old dryer it replaced. The dry sensors are horrible and stop the machine saying the clothes are dry but they are still damp. The lint trap is made out of cheap plastic and has a little plastic cover on it that broke at the hinge three months into ownership. Last samsung appliance I will ever buy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Won't last

The heating element went out first, then within 3 years, the entire dryer is done. Not good quality and won't last. Seemed like a very cool set but ultimately I've heard nothing positive from friends in the same boat. I would NOT recommend this set and it makes me leery of any Samsung washer/dryer products.

Dryer doesn't work on arrival

The dryer turns on but does not operate. Now a service advisor needs to come out and open it up to look at. Also, the top of the dryer is not secured to the sides. It opens up easly and I can already tell there will be vibration issues. This sucks!

Worst dryer ever. Bearings went out after 2 years. Samsung does not stand by their product. Cannot get any help to get this dryer fixed. Chat is a big JOKE. Don't wast your time

it wasn't drying my clothes good, I really had to put my clothes in three times for it to dry good. I thought it was because I didn't know how to use it, but no. I tried everything and still the same results. Do Not Buy It!

Efficiant great capacity and Features

I bought this Electric Dryer along with a matching top load washer to replace 15 year old ones. It's not easy replacing products that have never failed you but buying newer more efficient more cost effective is sometimes a great idea and in this case I truly made a good decision and do not regret buying this Dryer nor it's matching top load Washer was the best decision I have made. Purchased 09/04/2018

Broke one day out of warranty

one day out of warranty the dryer started knocking. the tub was cracked, i've never heard of that in my life. one week later now it won't even turn on.
