To me it look's like a Space Capsule....... WIFE JUST LOVE'S IT ! along with the Washer .......it's quiet and the steam feature in awesome....I mentioned to her that this UNIT has more computer power than the Appolo 13 launched in 1970 ! laundry seem's softer and and drying time is just fine ! NOTE : I noticed some complaint's about drying time .....YES IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO MAKE SURE THE VENTING SYSTEM IS CLEAR ( AS WITH ANY DRYER FOR PERFORMANCE AND ABOVE ALL .....SAFETY 1

We recently purchased our Samsung dryer and have been nothing short of thrilled with every feature it has to offer! It has helped us cut down on our energy usage putting extra cash in our wallet's! We are about to move into our newly built house and this will be a great addition. Samsung makes a great product!!

This dryer is great and isn't to hot and doesn't shrink my clothes although sometimes they come out damp.

Broken in less than 12 months - Poor warranty service - Steam Features useless

Unit broke in less than 12 months with moderate use (3 adult household). Samsung warranty repair very difficult to work with.
When the unit was working, the steam cycles were useless. Soaks the clothes, doesn't remove wrinkles, leaves wet spots on each article of clothing.

I purchased this dryer back in June of 2018 and I am very pleased with it. It handles larger loads of clothes very well and they all come out dry. I also like the steam feature of this dryer. It is perfect for dress shirts and other clothing that might needs some wrinkles knocked out of it quick. The energy consumption isn't too bad. In fact it seems to be considerably more efficient than our previous dryer. All in all a great dryer. If there were one con it would be that especially for what some might call a normal load of clothes you do have to crank it up to get them dry. It did take some getting used to as far as settings to make sure the clothes did come out dry. But we have found or "usual" setting and you can program that into the dryer.
I would recommend this to a friend!
