Love It!

I bought this for my small "A" frame house. I Love it. It does a fantastic job cleaning. No need to 'pre wash' the dishes. It is So quiet, I almost got scalded when it opened it once, I thought it was done. It fits a lot of dishes, & with the adjustable rack, in can fit tall pans in.
I would recommend this to a friend!

18” Dishwasher

I’ve had this dishwasher about a month. So far works as expected. No heated dryer- open the door a few inches after the cycle ends -but not an issue for me. Installation
instructions could be better. In my research this is essentially the same dishwasher as the GE Profile.

Needs Repair

The door will not close and allow the cycle to turn on. This dishwasher was installed in February 2021. It is in our second home. It is already in need of repair. When I called to schedule an appointment, I was told I would be called back to schedule. That was two weeks ago. I have not heard from the repair serve. I am disappointed that it needs to be repaired after little use and that it is so difficult to get one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Does the job

Small 18” dishwasher but it does the job. We would’ve preferred a larger dishwasher but no space in the kitchen. We have also followed Haier recommendation of using the dishwashing tablets instead of the liquid detergent and it works just fine. One feature that we really like is how quiet it runs.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Capacity is very limited..my previous Kenmore was run once a day .this model I have to run twice a day...

Don't buy it!

This is very basic dishwasher. It only has 3 wash cycles. It doesn't even have a dry option! Most of the time the detergent doesn't dissolve. Very pricey. The only good thing is that it looks good.

Hello- We can understand your frustration when a new appliance doesn't meet your expectations. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback and experience. We would like to help! We recommend making sure the entering water must be at least 120 degrees Fahrenheit and not more than 150 degrees Fahrenheit.
The water temperature can be checked with a candy or meat thermometer by turning on the faucet nearest the dishwasher. Place the thermometer in a glass and let the water run into the glass until the temperature stops rising.
Let the water run in the sink until it gets hot before you start the dishwasher. We also recommend making sure you have rinse agent in the dispenser. Please see the following troubleshooting link that will help.
