Cleans better than any other brand

Had not heard of this brand before but absolutely so glad that a realitive recommended it. I would highly recommend this to everyone

Defective

Haven’t been able to use it yet because it is defective and we’re waiting for parts and then another couple weeks for the repair.

Purchased 6 weeks ago>>is real quite when in use>>>the silverware basket is a HUGE disappointment>>ones of the flanges is already broken. Quality Control and engineering need to get together to enhance they feature!!

I just had this unit installed. Very happy I went with this model. Dishes are sparkling clean and dishwasher is very quiet when running

Washes well and fits a lot of dishes!

The dishwasher looks great outside and in.
Not a fan of the utensil basket. The top grid to keep the utensils separated had wholes far too small to insert most of my silverware.
I also don’t like the design of the utensil holder overall. The distributor tried to find a replacement, but no luck.
The bottom drawer also slides off the track too easily and takes two hands to guide it back in place.
Otherwise is cleans great on the light cycle of 48 minutes. Runs quiet.

Cute but doesn’t do the job well

This is a cute dishwasher and fits our small space but not the best dishwasher. I have to wash the dishes and let the dishwasher basically just sanitize the dishes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi - Thank you for reaching out to us. We are sorry to hear you are having difficulty with your dishwasher. We can certainly understand what an inconvenience this would be and do apologize. Hot water is critical to the wash performance of the dishwasher. Please check to make sure you have a minimum of 120 degree F. water coming in to the dishwasher. Check the water temperature with a candy or meat thermometer. Turn on the hot water faucet nearest the dishwasher, place the thermometer in a glass and let the water run continuously into the glass until the temperature stops rising. If the temperature is below 120 degrees F. you will need to adjust your water heater accordingly. Choose the Wash Heat Boost option as this will further heat the water in the tub. If these suggestions do not improve your wash performance, we would recommend service. To schedule service on your Haier dishwasher, please contact 1-877-337-3639.

Perfect fit!!

We purchased this dishwasher for our office kitchen and it fits perfectly under the counter and is just the right size for daily small loads. It's so quiet you can barely hear it even when standing right in front of it!
I would recommend this to a friend!
