Not a fit for new construction and new energy code

I think your product and the support of your product is need of attention. When an appliance is purchased and connected, as a consumer, I feel this appliance should work. Unfortunately I have too many experiences where your appliance will continually trip the breaker unless a "burn off process" has been completed. At times, after sitting idle, the burn off process may need to be performed again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
