Our range hood does not even have two years and started to spark from the stove top while in use and not in use. Then the light showing the stove top was hot was on and the stove was not even on before and nothing was hot.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Oven!

It is a good stove. However, it is a little smaller than I expected and heats up slower than what I was expecting. This is our first glass stovetop and I am just adjusting to the difference. I do think the oven preheats quickly and cooks very evenly.
