Seems like it takes a long time for the oven to heat up ? The top of the stove isn’t the best as the surface is concerned.It shows a lot of streaks.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

As for the oven not heating, we do have a tip that can help out some. We recommend trying a quick calibration of the oven temperature. There are posted instructions for this on page 12 of the user manual.
