BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY, TIME, AND LIFE

Worst oven I’ve ever used in my entire life. Literally if I could give it negative stars. I don’t know how this thing has good reviews. Company had to of paid people to give this thing 5 stars or something because there’s no way someone actually thinks this oven is good. I cooked 2 pizzas in my ninja foodi oven and this GM oven hadn’t even got up to temperature yet on the preheat. It’s absolutely terrible

Pre-Heat feature!

I really enjoy the setting to pre- heat the oven at any time you set it for. It is always nice and warm when i get home and i can use it right away without having to wait for it to heat up! What a time saver for me!!

Overall the product is average. This range/oven replaced a GE range/oven JBP77 similar to it. There are no mechanical or electrical defects. The new oven arrived with a cracked oven door handle. The old oven timer alert could be heard over the exhaust fan. The new oven timer alert tone (which is a ding, ding, ding) is so low we rarely hear it, with a range hood exhaust fan running the oven timer is unusable. The old range had a hot burner indicator that showed WHICH burner is hot. The new range just shows the cook top is hot but not which burner is hot. When the hot burner is off, the hot burner looks like a cold burner. The owner cannot tell which burner to avoid until the owner burns their hand on the wrong burner. The lip around the cook top is almost even with the cook top surface so a liquid spill will go down the oven sides with no way to clean up the spill. This unit appears to be designed by someone who will never use it. Stop trying to save money and make a product you would want in YOUR house.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
