Very happy with my new stove

So far I love everything about my new stove with the exception of how quickly the top becomes ‘dirty’. I’ve used it less than a month and already one of the burners is in need of a deep clean even though I have wiped the stove clean after every use. That being said, I am still in love with the stove and the fact that I no longer have to deal with scrubbing burner liners and using foil to keep them clean.
The burners provide even heat as well as the oven.

Love My Oven!

I am in love with the flattop on my oven. So easy to clean, and looks great! Nice to have interior light to see the progress of food cooking in the oven, a major change from my previous stove.

Smells like burnt plastic

I can’t get rid of the burnt plastic smell. Have spent hours “burning in”.

Please know that a burnt smell on a new oven is considered normal as manufacturing oils burn off in the first few uses. My previous GE range died after 12 years of regular baking . This new GE range is perfect , looks great , temperature is accurate and I love it ! Looks great in black .
