When i purchased this range I told them that I did not want flat top. Well that is what they brought.
I do a lot of baking and so far everything had to be thrown away. I have tried adjusting temperature as you suggested but no luck. It does not bake well at all.

Good cooktop, but hard to clean

The cooktop has many features. I find the cooktop burners are smaller than average. The larger burners do not sufficiently heat a large frying pan. I find the cooktop difficult to clean with the ridges on the surface. Not being smooth there tends to be food or water in the ridges.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

In the day and age where even your stove is Wifi capable its hard to find a stove that is just a freaking stove that doesn't break the bank. For the price and what it is capable of doing is freaking amazing. I highly recommend this stove. Its heating elements are new age tech and made from high quality material and it shows.
