This stove came with my house. I am very happy with it. I already started cooking and heating up items. Very pleased with all of the bells and whistles.

Clean looking and great features

I had a previous flat top range and really liked so when I needed another one I chose this because I liked the looks and the features- am enjoy it very much.

Nothing Special and Cheaply Made

I could swear the burners are only putting out HALF of what they should. Even on high, the front burner takes forever to bring food/water to a boil. The placement of the large back burner means you CAN'T put a large, deep pot on the burner. Not well thought out. The pan drawer on the bottom of the stove is made of metal that's so thin and cheap, you could swear it's going to bend in half the minute you try to close it..
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The type of cookware you use on a radiant cooktop can affect how it performs. We recommend using medium or heavy-weight stainless steel or aluminum cookware. Flat Bottom pans are essential for good cooking performance since the bottom of the pan needs to touch the glass for the best heat transfer.

I'm enjoying using my new GE range. Cleaning after cooking is so easy and quick.
We like the quick heating elements. We have use GE appliances in the past and their quality and reliability has been EXCEPTIONAL. Our previous GE range was over twenty-one years old. It was still working just some of the knobs had broken and the clock was not working and the light in oven not working.. It service us well. My husband felt it still works, no need to replace it.LOL
