Excellent Oven and Range!

This is our family’s first glass top range and we absolutely love it! The oven is very well insulted and cook much better than our previous oven. We have really enjoyed the glass stove top as well. Heats well, but it does take awhile to cool down.

Great stove

I really do like this stove, it works well. I like having the flat top, keeps my stove cleaner, and I don't have to scrub those drip pans. My previous stove was GE also, and that stove was 40 years old and still worked fine. My only issue with this stove is the storage drawer, (which is why I didn't give it 5 stars), it looks bigger than it is. It only holds about half of the amount of cookware that I had in my previous stove's storage drawer.

Easy cooking

We chose s GE electric range with a flat surface when purchasing a new home. We love the fact that clean up is easy and food cooks in the oven faster than our previous range. It holds a lot and make baking multiple trays of cookies easy and even baking. It also does not make the kitchen hot when cooking and baking. A plus for small kitchen.

It takes a little longer to heat up then my previous GE stove and the stainless is harder to keep clean then my previous black model. It is hard to wipe in the direction of the grain between the knobs. I am happy with it but would probably go back to all black if I had to choose again.
