Good looking stove!! But expected it to be solid

Cooktop and oven works great. I dropped the lid of one of my pots on the top at the edge and unfortunately there is a small dent/crack. I was surprised that the stove was damaged.

The cooktop surface does not clean well. Other cooktops we've had seemed to clean easier.
