Love my Fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new home has the Electrolux package and it’s all beautiful! The refrigerator has lots of space that is customizable. The adjustable glass shelves stay clean. Food is easily accessible.

We love the fridge but it had a bad motherboard

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the features of this refrigerator, but unfortunately it arrived with a bad motherboard so would not hold temperature. We lost a lot of food due to spoilage. Replacement motherboards are apparently not something they keep in stock at repair depots so it took about a month for us to get this fixed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Ice dispenser freezes up does not work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our first one had a broken track which was repaired. Then the ice dispenser froze up and the supplier replaced the entire refrigerator. However as soon as it was plugged in it tripped the circuit breaker every time the compressor started, so the old one was put back and yet another one ordered, which arrived without the lower freezer drawer ice maker (ordered and later installed) Now the second replacement has the same problem - the ice dispenser does not work. I am surprised, since the supply line appears to be external. Fortunately the added freezer drawer ice maker does work. Sometimes everything in the refrigerator gets frozen. I'd say Electrolux had quality control problems. For a unit this expensive we expected much better. Additionally the replacement water filters are insanely expensive. I wouldn't recommend this unit. Too many frustations.

While building our new dream home, we opted for the very expensive, complete Electrolux kitchen package "upgrade" from our builder (cooktop, fridge, M/W, dishwasher, oven). There are SIGNIFICANT differences in the stainless material used to make each unit, which creates SIGNIFICANT differences in the finish... Our fridge is almost mirror-like, our cooktop and M/W are satin/semi-gloss, and the D/W is matte. The oven is somewhere in between all of them. Gravely different finishes when viewed from any perspective in our dream kitchen. Before we had even taken possession of the house, the Electrolux rep that came out for our complaint said it was caused by lighting... When we refuted that claim, he blamed us for using the wrong cleaner on the surfaces (these had literally been out of the wrapping for a few days, at most, and we didn't even own the home yet.) Next, he offered to have a technician come out, remove the fridge door and set it next to the D/W to prove it was the lighting, which we have already established was not the issue. The technician never called and our "rep" stopped returning our calls. In retrospect, we should have saved the money and bought the GE line, at least they have the same finish across the board and it wouldn't drive my wife crazy every time she sees it. And don't get me started on the shoddy workmanship on the face of our built in M/W... Pretty bummed out, Electrolux. Not the "high end" product we we're lead to believe we were purchasing...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using it for about a month and I love it. Lookwise, it is very clean and modern looking. Some may like additional controls or smart system but I like it because the controls are simple. Most important of all, the space inside is very spacious and efficient. I love the extra compartment with adjustable temperature for meats, fish and etc.
