A new fridge should cool down...

Bought this fridge at a charity auction. Brand new. On installation the fridge did not cool down. Called for help but, given I have no receipt, agent said there is nothing they can do. A new fridge should cool down...receipt or no receipt. NewAir should stand by their products.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like it a lot

We have limited space for just about anything. Anything fun that is. This unit is quiet and was super easy to install. I think it is meant to be installed in a space the size of a trash compactor. We had a corner area that was almost useless for storage. We were able to cut out a single panel on the other side of the corner cabinet, drop in a plug and perfect fit. In our small house, this is a great choice. I had a few questions and NewAir's Ashley in Customer Service was quick to respond and big help. So far very pleased with quality of the unit.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So far so great! I'm in love with the dual zone aspect of the cooler and the fact that I can chill my wine at different temperatures depending on if they are red or white. When we first set up the cooler it took no time at all for it to cool down to the temperatures we set for each zone. But what I love even more is that it's so quiet! The cooler doesn't make much noise at all. I will say that the blue light can be a bit bright at times, but it can be dimmed and turned off completely, so not an issue whatsoever. They thought of everything!
I would recommend this to a friend!

These are beautiful and look great in the kitchen, sadly mine failed outside of the warranty period, but customer service was excellent, and sent me out parts to try a basic repair. When this did not fix the issue they reached out to me to offer a replacement unit.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We bought this unit in April 2019 after researching several makes and models. We chose Newair because of the dual zone feature, under counter installation, blue light ambiance and sliding wood racks. We also bought it because of the Newair reputation for quality. We're glad we chose Newair, because we recently had an issue that they quickly resolved to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend this product and the Newair manufacturer.
