I purchased my wine fridge 2 months ago. It is a really stylish addition to my kitchen and I am very glad I decided to go with this model. There was however an issue after using it for a month - I reached out to the product support chat section where Alai was extremely helpful, asking the right question to diagnose the issue and promptly provided the support I needed!

We had an issue with the upper level maintaining it's temperature. Reached out to customer service who promptly sent a new part. This did not solve the issue so we got back in touch with Gabby from customer service who immediately told us how to go about getting the unit replaced which we are in process of. Love the beautiful beech wood shelves, plenty of space for my collection, and the blue light is pretty at night! I have had lots of compliments from family and friends who now want one!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love this wine fridge - fits perfectly in my bar

Great wine fridge. Have a separate walk in wine cellar, wanted a separate smaller one for the wife to use. 2 zone keeps my reds and whites nicely separated. Good build. Had a few questions and customer service was incredibly responsive - don't really see that much anymore and I think that's great.

Stylish wine fridge. It's a compact unit that looks great and has dual zones for wine and red. Can get a good number of bottles in the fridge. Also, great customer service. Had an issue with the first unit and it was replaced. The second unit works well and is relatively quiet.

I purchased this Newair undercounter wine fridge because it has great features (dual zone, variable height drawers, wood shelves) yet is value priced. The fridge had a cooling problem to which service responded immediately with options, and ultimately a replacement unit. I'm extremely pleased that Newair stands behind their products and look forward to many years of use.
I would recommend this to a friend!
