Love this Wine Fridge!

Very happy with this wine fridge. It's attractive and keeps wine at a perfect temperature. NewAir customer service is amazing as well, just in case you need it!

Stylish Compact Wine Fridge

Stylish wine fridge. It’s a compact unit that looks great and has dual zones for wine and red. Can get a good number of bottles in the fridge.
Also, great customer service. Had an issue with the first unit and it was replaced. The second unit works well and is relatively quiet.

Liz has provided me with excellent customer service. My frig is not currently working, and she has assisted me with troubleshooting, sending out new parts and instructions. Love the design of the 29 bottle frig and the temperature is always perfect.

Compact and Looks Great

We've has the unit for almost 1 year now. The design is compact but still very spacious inside. It looks great in our kitchen and we always receive compliments on it.

Nice Unit

This is a nice fridge and I really like the 2 zones. I had an issue with the fan making a noise after about 2 years, but customer service had a new one sent out to take care of the issue. Overall a great wine fridge.

Was really hoping for more than 2 years of life

Following flooding from Hurricane Harvey, we had to renovate our entire first floor. We had our NewAir AWR-290DB 2-zone wine cooler installed in May 2018 after the cabinetry and painting was done. A beautiful unit that is sleek. For the last several weeks, it has been making a buzzing sound, but 2 weeks ago, it seems the entire upper zone stopped working and stopped cooling our white wines while we were out of town for a week. When we came home, the upper zone temperature said 68 degrees even though we have always had it at 45. Unfortunately, at least 2 expensive bottles of white had turned and we are concerned the other bottles of white have been compromised as well. Thankfully the lower zone which holds the reds maintains at least 55. Really disappointed that one of the motors went out so soon and will call Newair on Monday. Will update the review after we touch base with customer service
