Great Customer Service

I love this small frig. It is so well designed and the wooden shelves are classy.
I had an issue with the lower part of the unit keeping the temperature low enough.
Customer service was able to diagnose the problem and send me a correct part to get the unit up and running good as new.

Great product and great support

I purchased this dual zone wine cooler in 2018 and it continues to work great. Last year I had a problem with the upper colder zone, for white wine and beer, as it wasn't reaching the set temperature, so the compressor was running longer and more often. I called the support department's toll free number and they quickly determined the problem was with the sensors. They shipped 2 new sensors, one for each zone, and emailed the instructions to replace them. Seeing I am somewhat handy, I was able to replace the sensors and put it back together. It worked fine and the zones were reaching the set temperature for only 5 months and then the same thing happened. I called the support department and they are shipping 2 more sensors. I must say the company stands behind their products with great support.

Great features

The unit is modern and sleek. My family loves the Blue accent light inside of the unit.
Customer service was easy to deal with. Our agent Liz was a BIG HELP!!!!

Compact and sleek

We bought this in November 2020 and it worked well, quiet, and fit nicely in our space. For some reason it stopped cooling. Frustrating but, customer service took their time to help me, sent me replacement parts and helped me through it all. Even if the fridge gave us a hard time temporarily the customer service made it all worth the purchase. Would definitely recommend to others.

Great product support

I purchased my wine fridge 2 months ago. It is a really stylish addition to my kitchen and I am very glad I decided to go with this model. There was however an issue after using it for a month - I reached out to the product support chat section where Alai was extremely helpful, asking the right question to diagnose the issue and promptly provided the support I needed!

Nearly silent, stylish design, flexible storage

The wine fridge arrived well packaged, with plenty of Styrofoam and crush space to protect it from shipping damage. As a result, the unit was perfect when unpacked! The only assembly required was attaching the front door handle. This was simple to accomplish: just use the two provided screws and the fridge was ready to use. The unit has leveling feet, but no adjustment was required for us.
The wine fridge features two temperature zones, one for reds and one for whites. Once I set the temperatures, the desired temperatures were reached within about 15 minutes. I was struck by how quietly the refrigerator ran while it was cooling as quickly as it could. We have owned several other wine fridges and the noise associated with most of them was a real concern. This unit was placed immediately beside the primary TV-watching couch and the silence will really be appreciated. Another plus: the heat from the cooling unit is vented out the front, so it can be built in under a counter or tucked into a corner like we did.
The slide-out shelves are arranged to accommodate differing bottle styles and sizes. One shortcoming of many wine refrigerators is their inability to handle champagne, pinot noir, or exotic bottle shapes. With this unit, though, there is a shelf pretty much for every size and shape. Frequently overlooked before purchase, but this is a huge plus for this fridge!
After living with this wine fridge for a week, I am very pleased. Best features: nearly silent, attractive styling (the deep blue interior lighting is fun) and flexible wine storage options. I absolutely recommend this unit!
