Good small fridge

I have this in a vacation house. The capacity is fine for that use. Lock is useful. Weak point are the wood racks. They don't extend much, stain easy, and are cramped (29 bottles?... more like 15)
I would recommend this to a friend!

Malfunctioning after 2.5 years

This worked great at first. The different zones let me chill white wine to a lower temperature. However, about 2.5 years after it was purchased, it began beeping continuously and the temperature control began flashing at 32 degrees F. We immediately opened up the fridge thinking it may could have frozen/cracked/exploded the bottles. We found the white wine compartment had stopped cooling. No idea how to troubleshoot this as it's not a "standard problem", but we did try keeping it unplugged overnight and try plugging it into other outlets with the same result. If the longevity is only 2 years, it's ridiculous considering how much it cost up front. Also, unless you're storing 29 bottles of dessert wine, this fridge in no way is equipped to store 29 bottles as advertised. I tried a variety of configurations and only came up with 23-26 bottles depending on stacking ability. Without stacking, it can only hold 15 bottles.

We bought this unit two years ago and love it. Keeps both red and white wines at perfect temps. Looks great as part of our bar counter.

Absolutely Exceptional Service; Product is Great

What a company. I NEVER write reviews but this is worth it. I bought this product when price dipped and had to wait 10 months to install in home we were building. I actually bought one wine and one cold drink fridge. When installed, cold drink was great but the temp on the wine one wouldn't budge. We called customer service. They sent me a return label, had me ship it back at their expense, and I had a new one THE NEXT DAY. absolutely outstanding. Rep emailed me several times to make sure we were proceeding and happy and had no questions. The fridge is GREAT. Has a blue light that looks fun when lit and the top and lower portions have different temp settings for white and red. Pretty swanky for a fairly inexpensive fridge. I would give 10 stars is I could

Customer service first-rate, fridge is noisy

Added this wine fridge as part of a total kitchen makeover in 2018. First unit was damaged in transit, and NewAir promptly sent a replacement. The unit is noisier than expected, and in late 2020 one of the four fans started making a loud chirping sound. Customer service was again very responsive even though the fridge is past warranty, and a new fan is on its way. At this price, though, those fan motors should have ball bearings vs. cheaper sleeve.
