2nd fridge (same make/model). Both times the fan stopped working or started to make an extremely loud noise. 1st one was purchased in 2017 and replaced (we purchased) in 2019. 2nd one was purchased in 2019 and started making a loud noise from the fan in 2022. Love the look but am not able to recommend this fridge at all. For the price, I would definitely expect to get more than 2 years out of it. We will NOT be replacing it with the same brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great product support

I purchased my wine fridge 2 months ago. It is a really stylish addition to my kitchen and I am very glad I decided to go with this model. There was however an issue after using it for a month - I reached out to the product support chat section where Alai was extremely helpful, asking the right question to diagnose the issue and promptly provided the support I needed!

I really am satisfied with how well this wine fridge keeps our wines at the perfect temperature. The set up was super easy and it's soo quiet I sometimes check to see if it's really on. We will be using this for a long long time. Our friends absolutely love it when they come over and see it. Two thumbs up for sure!

I was happy to find a dual temperature wine cabinet that was less than the 24" deep cabinet. I needed a smaller wine cabinet and was pleased to have found this!

This is a great wine cooler! I love the dual cooling zones keeping our wines the perfect temperature! Also, the unit looks amazing built into our cabinets! Such a nice addition to our new home!
